As a Customer Support Representative, You will:
- Provide product and service information to customers by answering questions and offering assistance
- Offer tailored solutions to customers that exceed their needs by actively listening to their needs and concerns
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions by attending company meetings and client webinars
- Outperform standards and expectations with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and rigorous determination
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities and meetings to drive sales margins and improve the customer experience
- Comply with company policies and guidelines when interacting with customers and inputting confidential customer information
- Initiate contact with customers, authorized third parties, and vendors to generate sales accounts
