At Reily Foods Company we've got a passion for flavor and have been providing iconic foods and
beverages that create meals and memories for over 120 years! Our products consist of Luzianne Iced Tea, New England Coffee, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Tiger Sauce, Swan's Down Cake Flour, and Carroll Shelby Chili (to name a few) and can be found in retail locations around the country. We're a 5th generation, family company based out of one of the top culinary cities in the country, New Orleans!

This is why we want you to join our Talent Acquisition team as our Recruiter conducting full cycle recruitment.

BLENDING TO PERFECTION. The crucial step to this position's success.

  • Works with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions and develop interview guides
  • Posts positions to company job board, internally, and all external sources to advertise openings
  • Develops sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent through various means including networking, job boards, social media, colleges, technical schools, etc.
  • Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens to qualify candidates and schedules onsite interviews with appropriate hiring team members
  • Administers pre-employment assessments providing feedback to hiring manager
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Lead to identify appropriate employment offers
  • Communicates employment offer with applicant and serves as the point of contact throughout the pre-employment and onboarding process
  • Conducts monthly new hire orientation
  • Networks with internal and external sources to identify potential candidates and develop talent pipelines
  • Participates in college recruitment, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives
  • Participates in gathering, preparing, and analyzing a variety of employment data relating to advertising effectiveness, turnover, minority employment, recruiting campaigns and related items
  • Provides suggestions to continuously improve the full cycle recruiting and onboarding process
  • Other duties as assigned

THE SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements.

  • BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience; high-volume food manufacturing/distribution experience preferred
  • Strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Clear Company, Taleo, ADP, Workday
  • Knowledge of Pre-employment Assessments, such as HireRight, Predictive Index, with ability to provide feedback to hiring managers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Strong work ethic demonstrated by sense of urgency, flexibility, accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Fast learner and inquisitive to continuously improve processes
