Walker Methodist Levande in Cambridge offers assisted living and memory care apartments with health, personal care, and supportive services for older adults. Walker Methodist Levande is recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to work closely with the Director of Health Services to assess residents and potential residents for the community. Responsibilities include screening for medical issues and psycho-social needs as well as supervision of Resident Assistants.
Schedule:
Part-Time, schedule will include every other Saturday & Sunday (Sunday being on-call for admissions only) 46 hours per two week pay period
Minimum qualifications:
- Current Minnesota RN license and BLS certification
- Experience with clinical assessments in a long-term care or assisted living setting
- Solid understanding of the spiritual, social and emotional needs of residents and their families
- Proven and creative problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills including working with an electronic health records systems
- Ability to effectively organize work flow with timely follow-through
