I. Job Summary
Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Responsible to enforce ordinances, rules, and regulations
- Exercises independent judgment to make immediate decisions in contacting police, fire, rescue, Pa Fish and/or Game Commission
- Inspect property to protect the company interests as well as our members, employees and/or guests
- Interaction with Police, Pa Fish & Boat Commission, PA Game Commission, Attorneys, and other company representatives
- Deter criminal activity and other issues
- Respond to complaints, reports of violations, theft, and assistance requested by our membership
- Issue written warnings, and citations to any/all violators
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and direct traffic
- Knowledge of radio and telephone communication device(s) usage for member assistance
- Verbal and written reports of incidents /accidents that may be requested by attorney, police, the Fish and Game Wardens & the company
- Handle typical & crisis situations efficiently and effectively
- Court liaison– Testify in Court and other legal proceedings
- Work with local law enforcement agencies
- Work in adverse weather conditions
- Maintain a positive and professional image (friendly & helpful attitude)
- Handle and resolve situations in a calm fashion
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to stand, walk or drive continuously for long periods of times
- Determine work priorities
- Written log of daily activities & completion of DVIR for any/all vehicles operated
- Complete visual inspection of the property and note problems or safety issues on report
- Oversee the Club property and other Waste Management properties as needed to detect violations
- Maintain order during emergency situations
- Operate Club Boat on the Penn Warner Club’s lakes (2000 acres), when and if necessary to ensure compliance, safe operations of all boating practices of the Commonwealth, as well as Penn Warner Club
- Day, evening, Holiday, and weekend work mandatory
