Summary
- Primary responsibilities include completing administrative duties for human resources while providing administrative support to all employees.
Primary Essential Functions
- Assist with full cycle recruiting, including phone-screening, interviewing, conducting pre-employment screenings, extending offers/rejection letters.
- Coordinate with leadership and lead new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and enter new hire data accurately in HRIS as well as any employee changes.
- Manage TVs and social media pages by posting monthly announcements, promoting events, etc.
- Assist with company events, including planning, executing and promoting events externally and internally
Secondary Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and incoming payments
- Apply daily cash receipts, verify discrepancies
- Ensure all payments are properly posted
- Assist in preparing detailing accounts receivable status
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or Associate’s degree or relevant experience.
- 2 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1-2 Years of experience in human resources.
- Familiar with accounting practices/processes.
Monday - Friday: 8hr shifts, 8:00am - 4:00pm
