Job Description : Are you an experienced Class A CDL truck driver looking for a regional route with consistent home time?
Join our team as a Midwest Regional Route Truck Driver. You’ll enjoy being on the road for 8 days, followed by a 34-hour reset at home, offering a perfect balance between work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods within the Midwest region, including states such as Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Kentucky, Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska.
- Follow all federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) for cargo, routes, and driving hours.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight.
- Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedules and reduce downtime.
Requirements :
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance.
