Woburn Toyota, part of the Albrecht Auto Group is GROWING and looking for Entry Level Service Assistants to join our growing team. Our Service Assistant should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.
- Greeting customers promptly.
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Determining needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
- Working our service drive moving the flow of traffic.
Job Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- ADP experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
- Drug Screening will be required*
