In this role you will:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria based on Hiring Manager preference.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and scheduling interviews – both virtual and in-person.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System, Paycom.
Draft and send salary and hourly offer letters.
Monitor and track the candidate pre-employment screening process.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
What is Needed:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proven experience as a Recruiter preferred.
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience working with hiring for construction positions.
Proficient with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Proficient with various HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites such as really and LinkedIn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences and delays.
Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
