We’re now searching for a Sales Campaign Manager to help us grow our campaigns and promotions offerings together with our merchant partners. You will be part of shaping how we run merchant campaigns at scale at Wolt Norway.
What you'll be doingBe the key stakeholder of the commercial team to ensure a rich selection of offers and the execution of our campaigns plan to reach our goals and offer affordability options to our users. Be the point of contact for our marketing team to ensure that both teams (commercial and marketing are well aligned on the execution of campaigns).Have a holistic view of Norway in terms of our quality and quantity selection of offers in all the areas we operate. Providing high-level consultation to our merchant partnerships regarding their marketing and promotions strategy through Wolt. Closely monitoring the Wolt portfolio and preparing documents with analysis of previous campaigns to continuously improve Wolt services and offerings in all our cities Inbound and outbound contact to merchant partners over the phone to pitch campaign possibilities to maximize growth.Setting up the campaigns in our internal system to help partners reach visibility and maximum customer satisfaction and retention.Partnering with our marketing team to run campaigns and suggest the right partners to drive growthQualifications3 years of experience within sales-driven projects, platform growth and account management growth.Alternatively a very strong motivation to learn and develop your commercial skills. You have great attention to detail, are curious and a quick learner.Ability to own projects, work independently and ask for guidance when neededExcellent communication skills - you will be working with a lot of different people and partners.You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Persistent - you do not give up and get energy from working in a target driven role and achieving your goals.Structured - you are good at managing your time and pipeline to reach the goals.Experience in project management and with any CRM tools is an advantage. Strong command of English is a must.
