Job Description Responsibilities: Design, architect, develop, test, and debug implementations of complex software solutions in Sitecore. Lead and mentor a team of developers. Assist with code reviews. Being able to navigate through the various steps of the SDLC including but not limited to: Coding Unit testing Dev testing Working closely with QA partners Coverage/assistance during UAT Production support/debugging issues Analyzing, planning, and estimating simple to complex development tasks. Ability to take ownership for a business feature from its technical design, through development, and overall implementation into the platform. Plan, prioritize, and effectively complete tasks in order to meet critical project deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Ability to drive results through others. Proficient in code review, code refactoring. 8 or more years of industry experience developing web-based applications using ASP.NET/C# with MVC methodologies. A proven history in architecting, configuring, and administering Sitecore installations of all sizes is a must. Led at least two large-scale Sitecore implementations taking advantage of advanced facets of the platform such as SolrCloud, xDB, SXA, JSS. Understands the use of Sitecore CMS and use of Experience Editor, page/data template, content types, workflow, content authoring/approval process and content governance best practices. 5 or more years of industry experience working with the Sitecore Experience Platform. Sitecore 9.x 10.x experience is a must. Experiencing implement and maintaining a true multi-tenant Sitecore instance. Experience working with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and Sitecore PowerShell Extensions (SPE). Experience working with Sitecore development tools such as Unicorn, TDS, GlassMapper, SIM (Sitecore Instance Manager), Sitecore Rocks, and others. Expert knowledge of modern technologies and software development patterns. Experience of working with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and DevOps. Thorough understanding of Git Source control, and Gitflow; dealing with master/develop/feature/release branch strategies. Intermediate-level experience in SQL Server. Working knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong analytical thinking, writing, and excellent communication skills a must. Ability to properly document technical specifications. Must have full understanding of the SDLC and its various stages. Must have knowledge of agile development and practices. Experience with Jira preferred but not required. Experience with Bitbucket preferred but not required.
