In this remote-friendly position, the Marketing Specialist - Email Marketing person will use their Marketing Automation and CRM experience to execute strategic workflows aimed at acquiring and retaining subscribers.
Working with Marketing Managers, they will turn marketing strategies into scalable programs and automations. The person in this role will offer insights and data-driven recommendations on program results.
This role reports to the marketing manager within the Health UpToDate division of Wolters Kluwer.
Responsibilities :
Support the migration of marketing efforts from Marketo to Salesforce; recreating active campaigns and emails.
Buildout of audience-specific campaign workflows within our marketing automation platforms.
Drive engagement and revenue through support in the execution and measurement of email retention programs.
Contribute to the management of list segmentation to increase engagement by sending the right message to the right user at the right time.
Partner with analytics colleagues to use data-driven analysis to better comprehend subscriber behavior and help apply changes to existing marketing campaigns.
Conduct other marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, communications or related field preferred.
3 years of marketing specific experience (within healthcare industry preferred).
3 years proficient experience with Marketo marketing automation platform.
3 years proficient experience with Salesforce CRM (SalesCloud preferred).
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through.
Travel :
5-10% travel, 2-3 times per year
