Provider Recruiter, APP

The Provider Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle Provider recruitment for the organization to include Certified Nurse Midwives, Advance Practice Registered Nurse, and other equivalent healthcare professionals. In addition, the position acts as a liaison between the provider and other departments involved in the new hire process to ensure that all documentation is received and processed in a timely manner.   Key responsibilities include advertising, recruiting, screening applicants, interviewing, scheduling peer reference checks, site visits, contract negotiation, and making an offer.  Women’s Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women’s healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond.
