The position is working for a high-end custom furniture company with a total of 10 employees working in an office with the President and owner. Below is a list of requirements:
Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls while recording messages.
Responsible for filing correspondences, limited writing of letters and memos, developing and coordinating reports, copying, scanning and distribution of mail and faxes.
limited responsibility for bookkeeping function, data entry, generating checks, and customer/supplier communication.
Coordinate items for shipments to clients/customers/vendors.
Coordinate the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, fire extinguishers, etc.
coordination of all customer orders and distribution of related information to team of co-workers
Candidate MUST be fluent in Spanish and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
