Woodbridge Home Solutions is a Nationally Recognized home improvement company with over 32 years of industry experience. We are currently looking for a Lead Confirmer to add to our Confirmation Team/Inside Sales Call Center.

Responsibilities
- Confirm and verify appointments for our Sales Consultants over the phone
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Maintain detailed records of communication through our CRM
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
Qualifications
- Call Center experience is required
- Appointment setting and lead confirmation experience is plus
- Ability to build quick rapport with customers
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards
- Strong work ethic and data entry skills
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent
