Job Summary :

The Store Manager will lead team members and the operation of the store in partnership with senior leadership. This individual will be a proven leader, with the ability to step in and direct their team in difficult situations.

This individual must be dependable, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and have a strong desire to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers, and our fellow employees.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Supervises a team of assistant store managers and customer care specialists.
  • Works with Human Resources to recruit, interview, hire, and terminate employees as needed.
  • Conducts weekly cash audits.
  • Completes any store duties as needed.
  • Overviews monthly audits, sales analysis, profit and loss reviews.
  • Steps in and handles customer interactions as needed.
  • Supervises and participates in weekly Idea Team Meetings.
  • Works with the Pit Stop team to help realize company goals.
  • Assists in the enforcement of company policies.
  • Makes recommendations to management concerning issues such as staffing decisions or procedural changes.
  • Attends a bi-weekly recruiting meeting to discuss store needs.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications :

  • Four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 5 years of management experience required.
  • 5 years of convenience store and retail experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required.

  • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
