The function of the Receptionist is to answers all incoming phone calls for the company in a professional manner and transfers all calls to the appropriate departments. Serves as the “voice” of the company. Greets all visitors to the company and promptly and courteously directs them to the proper party. Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the Customer Care department and other departments as needed.
Education, Skills & Experience: Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, skilled in operating a computer, navigate basic computer programs, accurate data entry, skilled in verbal communication over the phone. Possess talent and personal traits such as, customer orientation, people skills, teamwork, persistence and organization skills. Lastly, the ability to understand, speak, read and write English.
Must have reliable transportation and a driver’s license.
