The Pool Café Lead is responsible for maintaining an environment that is friendly, welcoming, and ensures an exceptional member experience. The Pool Café Lead is responsible for maintaining consistent service and food quality standards and prompt and efficient member service. This position works to ensure the health and safety standards of Woodhill Country Club and MN Food Code are met. Directly supervise and train Pool Café serving staff.
As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.
Requirements
Expected Hours of Work: Woodhill offers flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
We hope to welcome you to Woodhill Summer 2023. The Pool Café is operational Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
- Customer service experience.
- Supervisory/Leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to work at a high level with minimal supervision.
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and able effectively balance multiple tasks.
- Open to working weekends, holidays, and special events.
Preferred Education and Experience
- ServSafe certified.
- Experience in food preparation and service in a professional kitchen preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base hourly earnings ($18/hour starting).
- Uniform shirts provided.

- Use of Woodhill’s exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, and tennis courts) on Mondays.
