The ideal candidate will be responsible for all HR responsibilities, including full cycle recruitment, develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding. Benefits administration and payroll. Ensures state and federal compliance with company policies and procedures. Investigates all insurance claims, which includes, work related injuries, auto insurance claims, working directly with insurance carriers. Working with employees and managers with integrity and confidentiality. Problem solving. Ability to handle sensitive issues in a compliant professional confidential manner. This position requires 25-30 hours per week.
