• Estimated hourly base pay: $24.04 (minimum) - $30.05(midpoint) - $36.06(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a highly organized and detailed Project Coordinator, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring an Engineering Project Coordinator for our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. This individual will be responsible for managing and tracking project schedules and budgets. Candidates with education and/or background in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement, are highly encouraged to apply!

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor and report on project progress during meetings and project reviews, including schedule status, project metrics and budgets.

• Obtain supplier quotes and submit purchase submission requests to Program Manager for approvals.

• Coordinate supplier procurement(s) and expedite hardware and contractor services to meet project deadlines.

• Manage and track project resource requirements, documentation, and plans for all assigned projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on project issues with various functional areas of the company including suppliers and customers.

• Participate in project status meetings and maintain action item lists.

• Assist with Gate presentations and Project Life Cycle management.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma is required.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, program management, etc. is strongly desired.

• 2 or more years of experience in a related role is required.
