Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant at Wooster CJDR, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the car-buying process and ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
