What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Sales position at WOOSTER CJDR?
Growing car dealership in Wooster is in search of a motivated individual to assist with auto sales and daily operations of the dealership. Great Sales opportunity with high income potential! Our hours are Monday & Thursday 9-8, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 9-6 &10-5 on Saturday as family time is important to our dealership. We also allow one day of the week off as well as Sundays!
The candidate should be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. Multi-tasking and being detail oriented are crucial for success in this position. Previous sales experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a desire to learn and accept new challenges. Phone skills, customer service, and strong customer interaction skills are a must for this position.
Job duties would include:
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Making outbound calls to set appointments with customers interested in vehicles
- Greeting customers at the dealership
- Ensuring vehicles on the lot are held to a high standard and ready for sale
- Consistent follow up with customers through daily activities in the CRM
- Assisting with review gathering from happy customers
- General tasks involved with day to day operations
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience at a car dealership (or similar environment) is a plus
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of CRM and other dealership tools
- Detail Oriented
- Motivated with willingness to learn
- Team player who works well with other sales staff
