Position Overview:

The Sales Account Manager serves as the face of our company and strives to establish brand recognition for our valued clients. Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Execute business development and sales campaigns and engage with customers in a given territory to drive brand visibility for our clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Conduct product presentations to educate customers on the products and services offered by our clients
• Oversee customer accounts and discreetly handle confidential information
• Collaborate with other Sales Account Managers to track campaign data and achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment by providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to fellow Sales Account Managers

Sales Account Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas to the marketing and sales team
• Excited to interact with clients, customers, and team members
• Comfortable overturning objections and negotiating sales contracts
• Previous experience in marketing, account management, or sales is a huge plus!
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
