Workato’s Events & Field marketing team is looking for a motivated and highly organized individual to support Workato’s internal brand events. You will be involved in executing projects to support these global events and accompanying events. You will be exposed to end-to-end events management and collaborate across different teams.

What you’ll be doing...

Work closely with the Events & Field Marketing team to organise and coordinate events, Workato flagship conferences like Automate Conference, ancillary Automate events, and other industry events.

Project manage multiple event vendors to ensure all pre and post event tasks are promptly follow-up.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure event messaging, and deliverables are executed according to strategy.

Project manage swag distribution and production for various internal and external parties.

Curate creative and effective messaging for event invitation, landing pages and marketing collaterals that drive registrants and attendees.

Define key metrics, evaluate event performance and convert into actionable improvements to the overall event.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
At least 1 - 3 years of proven track record in managing and executing events in high tech fast-paced environment - B2B Marketing experience is highly desirable

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or have relevant experience

Excellent copywriting and presentation skills

Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team oriented, strong cross-group collaborator

Familiar with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce
-
Experience with event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Bizzabo, Hopin) is a plus.
