Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Event Marketing Intern to join our growing Events and Field Marketing team. In this role, you will be involved in executing projects to support the global events agenda for 2024. You will be exposed to end-to-end events management and collaborate across different teams.
You will also be responsible for:

Working closely with the Events & Field Marketing team to organize and coordinate events, Workat’s flagship conference - Automate, ancillary Automate events, and other industry events.

Project manage multiple events and ensure all pre to post event tasks are promptly followed-up.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure event deliverables are executed according to strategy.

Curating creative and effective messaging for event invitation, landing pages and marketing collaterals that drive registrants and attendees.

Supporting marketing operations needs for event asset hand off and post-event content organization.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. Previous internship experience in marketing or events is a plus.

Familiar with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce, is a plus

Experience with coordinating events (live and virtual), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Bizzabo, Hopin) is a plus.
