Position: Information Verification Specialist
Position Type: Temporary (approximately 6-8 weeks)
Location: Mt. Arlington, NJ (hybrid onsite/remote)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Position Summary:
The Information Verification Call Center (IVCC) manages projects to verify/obtain information about healthcare providers by making outbound calls to medical offices and/or performing online research.
What the Information Verification Specialist does:

Position Summary:
The Information Verification Call Center (IVCC) manages projects to verify/obtain information about healthcare providers by making outbound calls to medical offices and/or performing online research.
What the Information Verification Specialist does:
- Information Verification Specialists are trained on call scripts, tools, templates, and methods used to verify/obtain information.
- Focus of the Information Verification Call Center team member is to complete all assigned tasks within the allotted time while.
- Data entry of the information verified through outbound calls into MVS and Call ID.
- Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
- Attend weekly team meetings and actively participate.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Approximately 80% of time is spent on making and entering information from the outbound calls.
- Approximately 20% of the time is spent on performing and entering information from online research, along with administrative activities.
- Ability to place outbound phone calls, follow the project call script, and accurately record information verified/obtained from the call.
- Computer literate, ability to use a computer and navigate different systems while making calls and inputting data into the systems.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Follow directions to ensure compliance to project instructions and objectives.
- Ability to consistently meet daily assignments while maintaining quality.
- Telephone based customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, follow up and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- Quiet and professional place to work with no distractions
