Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities and some private homes.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using appropriate equipment.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.

- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.

- Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills, and other surfaces as needed.

- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.

- Notify management of any damages or needed repairs within the facility or home.

Requirements:

- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning not required but preferred. On the job training is available.

- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures.

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and mops effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Mostly day hours with only 2 night shifts a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.57 - $13.35 per hour
