Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), QuickBooks, Google Docs. Asana, Slack and Studio IT/Webware.
- Work experience in a design firm preferred.
- Office Management & Bookkeeping 3 years required.
- Responsibilities:
- Design: Scheduling all client meetings and coordinating installations.
- Assist designers as needed by requesting quotes from vendors, preparing client proposals, creating PO's & processing final orders.
- Bookkeeping: Accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards, review employee time billing, process payroll, payroll taxes, sales tax, client monthly billings and statements. Review financials and summit to accountant.
- General Office: Manage phones, ordering office supplies, helping to maintain a clean and efficient office workplace, running errands, scheduling owners’ personal appointments and travel arrangements.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
