Office Manager position Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable following up with department staff on deadlines and action items.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, office equipment, purchasing, and space planning/lease.
  • Organize and plan department/program meetings, training, and events.
  • Assist Human Resources with orientation, interviewing, training, performance evaluations, maintaining employee records.
  • Support our Owner and Shop Managers at local office.
  • Coordinate work plans, organize, and schedule duties & responsibilities of department staff.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure smooth operation.
  • Assure training and continuing in-service training instruction is received by all staff.
  • Will assist in preparation and maintenance of contracts and contract proposals.
  • Assist in processing and maintain payroll, invoices, accounts payable, and develop systems and operations reports within the department.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling, maintaining calendars, research and creating reports.

Office Manager position Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, office manager or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships
  • Accounting experience is a plus but not required
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • Must be a self-starter and driven

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
