- Location: Latrobe, PA
- Payrate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Summary/Objective
The recruiter is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions whose skills match customers' needs. The recruiter will also pipeline, nominate and schedule client interviews/tours. This position will gain considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all client positions, and open positions with specialized functions. Knowledge of employment practices to include: personnel policy and procedure, and federal and state employment laws will be offered.
Essential Functions

- Reports, reviews and updates the Staffing Manager on all open job orders and best practice to fill all open orders.
- Coordinates with other staff members to determine best recruiting process for position(s).
- Uses recruiting tools to inform qualified employees of new and existing opportunities.
- Acts as liaison for job fairs. Schedule and coordinate staff for each event, including promotional give aways.
- Delivers high-quality customer service to customers and employees by matching employees’ skills with customers' needs.
- Review resumes accurately.
- Conducts candidate reference checks. Uses candidate reference checks to develop additional business opportunities as needed
- Extends verbal and written contingent job offers.
- Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or employees.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Staffing Manager or owner.
