The Program Manager role will provide partnership, project management, and regional programming in the Houston Metro Area and will make significant contributions in developing and implementing a multi-year strategic plan to expand the impact of the initiative. This position reports directly to the Senior Regional Program Manager
Work closely with funders, local supporting partners, and the internal team to meet its goals and targets
Significantly contribute to implementing a newly developed multi-year strategic plan
Communicate the value of the organization to external stakeholders
Maintain and advance existing relationships with Education Preparation Program Partners (EPPs), Local Education Agency partners (LEAs), and other relevant organizations (e.g, pre-teaching programs)
Lead on external partner communications with local partners
Identify and try out new and unique opportunities to expand the impact of the organization's work
Source region-specific content for web pages and campaigns
5 years of experience, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector
Bachelor’s degree required
Located in and willing to travel throughout the Houston Metro Area required
