What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA: YUBA REGION position at Works ABA?

We are a Small Private Organization looking for a Practitioner first BCBA.
What does that mean?
· Small Caseloads: 5-8 Clients
· Running Session: You will be running session yourself at least 1 every other week to ensure your programming is relevant.
· Filling In: Run sessions directly when needed and ongoing.
· Individualized Programming: You decide what’s best for the client in the procedures and techniques to utilize while having a Regional Director to collaborate with. Most importantly, personalized methodologies to record data to track progress both at the micro and macro level.
· Mentor Model: Aside from company led trainings, you will be expected to grow your teams in areas of needs to maximize client growth.
o Feedback and Team Meetings are encouraged!
· Case Manager: We believe that the best people to manage these cases are the people who are most familiar with them. While receiving support from the office, you will have the autonomy to arrange schedules best suited for your clients and staff to foster better schedules which will lead to happier teams!

· Manager/Case Manager Approach to Caseload
· Holistic and Ecological Approach to ABA
· NET
· Familiar with Montessorian Principles
· PRT Experience preferred
· ESDM Experience preferred
· Effective Communicator
· 3 Years’ experience in ABA
· Diverse employment experience preferred
· Bilingual a Plus!
