At-Home Call Center Dispatcher - NW Arkansas Residents ONLY

WorkSource is now hiring for an At-Home Call Center Dispatcher for candidates who reside in NW Arkansas. No previous call center experience is necessary to qualify, however you will need to have access to a computer that has an i5 processor or better, operates on windows software, and has at least 12GB of memory with two monitors. You will also need to have wired high speed internet. Headset and webcam required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner
• Assist fleet drivers with roadside assistance
• Reliably pair vehicle service crews with stranded drivers by providing directions and information
• Provide quick and professional customer service and maintains a polite and courteous attitude
• Perform data entry on driver information into the company database

Qualifications

• Must reside in NW Arkansas area
• No experience required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Flexible work schedule
• Personal computer with internet connection
• Capable of using a phone and multitasking
• Reliable transportation
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent, customer friendly attitude
• Computer requirements- 2 monitors, i5 (or better) processor, 12GB of memory, wired internet
