Required:
* 4 years of related experience; in areas of program management, budgeting & staff supervision
* Bachelor's in Social Science or Early Childhood Development or related field; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of degree
* Credentials may by required
* Intermediate mastery of business application & productivity suites

* Work in a variety of settings, including & not limited to office locations, partner agency & community-based settings, client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, & faith-based settings such as churches
* Meet criminal background clearance requirements & other job-related clearances as required by the State or program
Summary:
The Relief Nursery Program Manager will provide day-to-day leadership in the Relief Nursery, including coordination with the Oregon Association of Relief Nurseries (OARN), supervision of some staff, develop & support of the Leadership council, & maintain community partnerships & relationships.
Duties Include:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the program including compliance with replication & operational standards & federal state & local regulations
* Work with the Area Director to ensure that the program stays within budget parameters & meets performance metrics
* Promote & support active & broad participation by volunteers in all areas
* Ensure that internal & external data input, tracking & reporting is done
* Convene, cultivate & support the active involvement of the advisory council & other committees
* Serve as the contact for local contractors & other community partnerships
* Meet with the Area Director on a regular basis
* Provides sound working relationships & cooperative agreements
* Collecting & sharing stories & photos to support community engagement activities
* Work with the Area Director & other staff to ensure that the program is adequately funded (Grant writing, events, individual asks, RFP's & other strategic partnerships)
* Attend key, community, regional, & agency meetings, represent & publicize the agency in & out of the office including speeches, presentations, & news articles
