Local Law Office seeking an Receptionist to join the team. This person will serve as the first point of contact for clients and potential clients. They will be responsible to greet clients as they arrive in the office, answer and transfer phone calls take messages and will manage incoming outgoing mail.

REQUIREMENTS:
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Two years of relevant work experience.
*Familiarity with basic office software.
HOURS: Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm with noon lunch break.
WAGES/BENFITS: $18.00 per hr. Employer paid medical insurance, option for 50% paid dental coverage. PTO available after probationary period.
JOB DUTIES include but not limited to:
*Answer Multi-Line Phone system, Transfer Calls, Take Messages and Forward.
*Greet Clients
*Handle incoming and outgoing mail
*Basic Computer Work, to include Email, Scanning, Faxing
*Set up new Client files
*Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby
*Take occasional payments and issue a receipt
*Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary.
