We are looking for a Human Resources Manager responsible for all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, onboarding and training, and compliance.
Your specific duties will include:
- Responsible for all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, onboarding and training, and compliance.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent. management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretations.
- Implement new hire orientation and training programs.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent communicator.
