We are looking for a Universal Banker responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Assisting customers with account maintenance, online banking, mobile banking, and other complex account issues.
- Resolving concerns presented by clients.
- Effectively questioning and listening to customers to gain a full understanding both new and existing customer's financial circumstances and needs.
- Representing the Bank and its products and services with pride and enthusiasm.
- Utilizing sales techniques to uncover customer needs and match to bank's products and services.
- Assisting in branch call efforts by reviewing, updating, and calling prospect lists regularly
- This is a temporary job for 3 months; 40 hours/week.
- Working knowledge of Bank deposit products and services.
- Working knowledge of the Bank's consumer loan products.
- Basic knowledge of alternative Bank services and vendor-provided products.
- Ability to persuade, including the value and benefits of using the Bank's services and products.
- Knowledge of applicable Bank policies and procedures.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience
