What You'll Be Doing
Influencing sales strategy, promotional programs, support processes and customer engagement in an effort to surpass WCI’s annual sales performance goals.
Becoming the expert resource in Midwest territory – driving new sales activity with prospective OEM customers with focus on industrial off-highway equipment manufacturers, primarily in construction, powersports, utility, and agriculture markets.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and providing input and direction to help drive our marketing efforts.
Strong business to business manufacturing sales experience, with demonstrated track record involving industrial OEM manufacturers in the Southeast territory.
Traveling to various customer facilities to assess customer needs or make sales presentations.
Interacting with other internal WCI roles including Quote, Project Management, Product Realization and Operations. .
Assisting in managing to the defined ROA targets and profit goals for WCI
Coordinating post-sales activities, including the seamless hand-off of new projects to the Project Management team
Assisting in the troubleshooting of customer issues.
Participating in team meetings and report on sales activity and field feedback

Requirements
What are we looking for:
Ability to sell and negotiate effectively at a high level
Demonstrated leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills required
Demonstrated experience in problem solving and effective time management
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
Ability to read technical prints and drawings
4-year degree with ability to understand technical concepts including engineering and manufacturing preferred.
Understanding of OEM manufacturing factories and their processes.
Skilled in interactions with various roles inside OEM factories including; Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Procurement.
