Outdoor Lighting Installer

Summary: Installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems generally in commercial settings

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Clean up of all areas affected by installation
• Proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
• Provide system orientation as applicable
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Essential Skills and Attributes:

• Mechanically inclined and able to work with tools
• Ability to climb ladder up to 25 feet
• Has valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Attention to detail and the respect for our customers’ property
• Proactive; problem solver
• Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product

Education, Training and Experience

• High school diploma or GED

Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
