What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admission Recruiter (Outside Sales) position at World Classrooms?

World Classrooms (WC) Admissions Directors (AD) are tasked with achieving the company's long-term sales/recruitment objectives. ADs travel to prospective schools, meet with administrators and teachers about bringing educational tours to their students. They work closely with the WC admissions office to identify leads, plan routes, and transfer closed sales to the account managers.
The Responsibilities
- 5-10 new face-to-face contacts per travel day
- Travel 5 days/week (100% travel)
- Be face-to-face with people and make friends
- Develop, strategize, and effectively execute the region's recruitment plan
- Drive sales through new business development and expansion of existing schools
- Follow best practices and organization standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools across the territory
- Embrace and drive the company culture and values with everyone you meet
- Understanding of travel destinations and trips (product)
- Effectively use and manage CRM system

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
