Key Responsibilities:
Itinerary Design & Execution:
- Research, design, and execute personalized travel itineraries that cater to clients' preferences and needs.
Client Consultation:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' travel goals and requirements.
Continuous Learning:
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain travel booking certifications and stay current with industry trends.
Vendor Relations:
- Attend webinars and build relationships with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations and services.
Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize travel plans to fit within clients' budget constraints.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop engaging promotional materials to attract and retain clients.
Travel Advisory Updates:
- Stay informed about changing travel restrictions and advisories to provide clients with up-to-date information.
Booking Coordination:
- Arrange and book comprehensive travel services including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, and event tickets.
Client Communication:
- Maintain effective and proactive communication with clients before, during, and after their travels.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
Networking & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with tour operators and other industry professionals to offer attractive travel packages.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a background in sales is a plus.
- Smartphone with internet access required; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
