Job Description
At World View we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team as we ramp up hiring for our teams. This is a fast paced, full cycle role. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to quickly fill roles while our company grows significantly. Ability to work independently and take ownership of processed is highly desired.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Full cycle recruiting from intake to offer
- Create, post, and source for new roles
- Manage headcount openings against established staffing plan
- Provide positive candidate experience and update throughout the process
- Negotiate and draft offer letters
- Provide regular reports on KPI’s
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in corporate recruiting
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, startup environment
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (technical / non-technical) and levels (entry level to executive)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited oversight
- Excellent communication skills
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in aerospace or highly technical field
- Prior use of Greenhouse ATS
- Previous successful experience in high volume recruiting
