EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 21 or older
• High School Diploma
• Clean driving record
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work long hours
• Previous experience related to gutter services/installation is a huge plus!
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and climb a ladder
• Must provide your own hand tools- (tape measure, 100ft tape square, level, sheers
• Pencil, razor knife, needle nose pliers, hammer, cat paw, drill, concrete bits, 1/4in bit

gutter crimps, assorted bit pack in case of random screws

REPORTS TO: Gutter Manager

DETAILED JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ability to work in a variety of weather/temperature conditions
• Must be able to measure and cut material for installation accurately
• Complete soffit and fascia installation per job specifications and required building codes
• Complete gutter installation per job specifications and required building codes
• Must be able to load/unload ladders, materials, and other tools/equipment from the truck
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers

Job Type: Full-time, piece rate
