The Worthy Kitchen, a craft beer and farm burger bar in Woodstock, Vermont, is looking for an experienced Chef who likes working in a high volume, team environment. Our focus is on serving local food, cooked to order and paired with the best of craft beers and local ciders. Duties include organizing, motivating and leading the dynamic kitchen staff to achieve the highest standards of food production and presentation. Must also manage food costs, oversee portion control, minimize food waste and oversee daily specials in coordination with the General Manager. Responsible for refreshing and maintaining the food identity of the restaurant, preparing food to restaurant standards, and maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen.
