Reporting into the Service Delivery Lead for Hogarth, the primary function of the IT Support Technician is to is to provide on-site and remote support to staff at studios throughout London and the wider EMEA region.
What you'll be doing:
• Build and deploy new Mac workstations through JAMF Pro software
• Provide technical support for desktop issues throughout the company
• Support VIP members of Hogarth
• Maintain meeting rooms A/V equipment
• Technical support for in-house agency facilities
• Adobe Creative Cloud support
• Microsoft Office support
What you'll need:
• Good experience of Mac OS support
• Basic understanding of computer network concepts
• Maintaining various databases throughout the company
• Understanding computer management software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• General “can-do” service attitude
• Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Media background would be advantageous
• Experience of supporting Windows operating systems
• Active Directory experience
• ITIL v3 Foundation knowledge and certification
• Knowledge of ARD / Microsoft Remote Desktop and of Connectors (Video / Audio/ Networking/ Fibre)
