Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Wren services by clearly articulating the features and benefits of Wren.
- Support hospice business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other programs that refer or potentially refer to hospice.
- Maintaining a log of all contacts and activity.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Position Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience in health care marketing management preferably in hospice care operations.
- Must exhibit the ability to interact well with a great diversity of individuals and the ability to organize and execute Wren Hospice policies and procedures.
- Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks of critical importance simultaneously and work well in a high-pressure environment.
- Must understand the issues relating to the delivery of hospice care and be able to problem-solve effectively.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
