Job title: POS Marketing & Showroom Launch Coordinator Location: Wilkes Barre PA
Reports to: Retail Training Manager Salary: Competitive salary bonus
Critical purpose of role:
The marketing team are looking for a proactive, hard-working, and enthusiastic individual that would like to manage day-to-day point of sale
and print admin projects, travel to new showrooms ahead of opening to set up and make unplanned visits to existing showrooms across the US
to ensure they are displaying all point of sale, signage, and printed materials correctly.
Main responsibilities:
- Planned showroom visits for refits and new store launches (POS audits, coordination of graphic installations, product sample setups etc.)
- Pre-showroom launch site visits with suppliers
- Order management of door samples, showroom furniture and accessories
- Project management and tracking of key milestones to ensure successful showroom refits and launches
- Coordinate showroom launch days and propose new strategies to increase awareness
- Assist US team with all requirements for new showroom openings and expansion plans
- Issue tenders, place orders, set up new suppliers and manage payments
- Day-to-day and ad hoc admin tasks.
Key competencies and experience:
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Full driving license
- 70% travel required- CT, NJ, NY, PA
- Good communication, organizational and prioritizing skills
