What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Wren Kitchens?
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and control a schedule for the departments’ workload, reviewing and adjusting the plan as required
- Determine the human and material resources required and manage resources to meet targets
- Make decisions about equipment use, MHE trainings, maintenance, modification and procurement
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Health and Safety procedures
- Set and monitor quality standards
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
- Analyze goods in processes and quality control to detect and correct problems
- Determine and implement improvements to the replenishment process
- Prepare and maintain reports relevant to the department
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace
- Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role

- Knowledge of process improvement techniques

- Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office
- Trainings for biggest machinery VNA, Combi, FLT up to 7T
- 10 years warehouse experience
- Minimum of 1 years management or supervisory manufacturing experience
