Description
This is a fully remote, full time role with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, two weeks of accrued PTO, discounts on services and more. The ASA role starts at $15 an hour. The schedule will be decided during the interview process. We operate 8am-5pm in all of our markets.
Automotive dealership, parts sales or automotive technician background is a huge plus!
We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Service Advisor to join the Service Team. Join a dynamic, groundbreaking company who is changing the way the auto maintenance business operates. Wrench Inc. is a mobile maintenance and repair company servicing our customer's vehicle onsite at the home or place of buisness. Day to Day
- Handle parts ordering for booked services
- Address customer concerns
- Communicate as necessary between the customer and technician
- Assist technicians with repair orders, questions, and parts
- Assist in the day to day logistics of repair orders

- For internal hires, you must be in good standing with your current team's manager
- Knowledge of how to sell automotive services for a variety of makes and models
- Comfortable with learning and using new technology, tech savvy
- Customer centered mentality

- Quiet work space to take and make phone calls
- Ability to work weekends potentially and flexible schedules
