Ag Equipment Outside Sales Representative

WRI Tractors, an Ag Equipment sales company located in Bryan, Texas, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing organization. We sell AGCO products such as Fendt, Hesston, Massey Ferguson, Sunflower and Challenger, as well as Takeuchi Skid Steers and Excavators, Kawasaki Mules, Exmark Zero Turn mowers, and Arcusin bundlers

The Outside Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for generating new revenue in retail equipment sales with existing customers as well as identifying and winning new business within assigned territory.

Our offices are located in Bryan, Texas, but this position would be working remotely to create new opportunities and expand our footprint around the Temple, Texas region. Some travel to Bryan will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales in assigned territory
• Generate new accounts, develop and maintain current accounts
• Territory management, cold calling & client visits
• Extensive product knowledge of Ag equipment
• Prepare sales presentations and quotes for customers

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years sales experience in outside Ag Equipment Sales required
• Previous experience working in the Ag Equipment industries preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional business appearance and demeanor
• People-oriented, self-motivated, sales driven, team player
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to use personal vehicle for business purposes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
