What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internet Sales Specialist position at Wright Implement Company?
Wright Implement was established in 1936 on a farm in Harned, KY and has expanded to 15 locations throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana. We strive to provide the best choice of products and the highest level of service. Wright Implement is actively searching for an Internet Sales Specialist.
Purpose:
Maintains and directs all internet incoming requests for complete goods/parts/service to the appropriate personnel within Wright Implement.
Responsibilities:

Communicate with all individuals utilizing the “CHAT” Function on the Wright Implement website.
- Respond immediately during business hours and get with appropriate company personnel to answer the question or generate an inbound sales lead within Anvil.

Monitor OCA and communicate with prospect once financing decision has been made by JDF.
- In case question of “decline” – let prospect know and determine if he/she has alternative financing options available. If yes, refer to appropriate sales rep.
- In case of “approved” – determine product of interest and refer to appropriate sales rep.
- Review and identify unused OCAs on a quarterly basis for withdraw to prevent negative impact for OCA closure rate and reaching medallion status.

Acknowledge all incoming leads within Anvil within one hour through email or text functions.
- Complete inventory searches and utilize highspot.
- Distribute to the appropriate personnel at the locational level.
- Make sure all leads have been followed up by appropriate personnel within 4 hours of receipt (if during normal business hours). If outside normal business hours, make sure follow up occurs by Noon the 1st business day thereafter.

Track/Monitor open inbound sales leads.
- Reassign leads within 72 hours without comments.
- Reassign leads without weekly updates.
- Reconcile completed inbound sales leads to ensure proper closure through various Anvil reports and link quotes/POs on a weekly basis.
- Review prior 3-month unsuccessful leads to determine market interest and reassign.
- Send all service and parts leads to appropriate personnel and track responses.
- Send monthly notifications regarding upcoming lifetime and 6-month customer experience surveys through email & text functions in Anvil.
- Acknowledge buy online orders in the JD Portal within 30 minutes of receipt. Update status for all open buy online orders in the portal with appropriate notes including Quote #, PO#, Order #, FDD #, inbound lead #, etc.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- 2 years in sales or equivalent
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment preferred
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions
- Familiarity with CRM packages and social media platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
- College degree or equivalent work experience
